{"id":82833,"date":"2023-01-06T12:00:42","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T17:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=82833"},"modified":"2023-02-02T08:43:47","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:43:47","slug":"reminder-mobile-vaccination-clinics-at-brock-in-january","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2023\/01\/reminder-mobile-vaccination-clinics-at-brock-in-january\/","title":{"rendered":"REMINDER: Mobile vaccination clinics at Brock in January"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As members of the Brock community return to campus for the Winter Term, they are reminded that Several COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be coming to the University at various points in January.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Jan. 9, Tuesday, Jan. 24 and Monday, Jan. 30, mobile indoor clinics provided by the Ontario government will be set up in Pond Inlet from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while the GO-VAXX mobile vaccine clinic will park in the University\u2019s East Academic parking lot Friday, Jan. 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Each of the clinics will be available to Brock students, staff, faculty and all members of the wider Niagara community who are wishing to get vaccinated.<\/p>\n<p>All clinics provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine for adults and youth ages 12 and up<\/li>\n<li>the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, including booster doses for children aged\u00a0five\u00a0to\u00a011<\/li>\n<li>the bivalent mRNA COVID-19 booster for all eligible populations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Appointments can be booked four days in advance of the clinic date at 8 a.m. on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/covid-19.ontario.ca\/book-vaccine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">provincial booking website<\/a>\u00a0or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.
