Tens of thousands of prospective students learned about the top-ranked Brock University experience this weekend at the Ontario Universities\u2019 Fair in Toronto.<\/p>\n

The fair \u2013 the largest of its kind in North America \u2013 attracted approximately 80,000 prospective students and guests to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre over the weekend and is the is the single largest opportunity to speak with prospective students and their supporters.<\/p>\n

University Marketing and Communications has been advertising the event as part of its fall digital recruitment campaign, and promoted Brock with paid digital ads at Union Station, along the Skywalk (which links Union Station to the Convention Centre), and in strategic locations across the GTA, Hamilton and Niagara.<\/p>\n

The Student Recruitment team unveiled its newly updated fair booth, which was given a bold new look as part of Brock\u2019s brand refresh<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new booth helps to tell the Brock story to prospective students by highlighting key university stats, engaging images of students, and program offerings.<\/p>\n

\u201cStudents were especially eager to learn more about Brock at this year\u2019s OUF, which was the first time the event has been held in person since 2019 due to the pandemic,\u201d says Matt Melnyk, Brock\u2019s Director of Student Recruitment. \u201cThey\u2019re searching for an institution that is committed to their success, to providing an exceptional student experience, and they know Brock is a leader in this space.\u201d<\/p>\n

The University had more than 150 representatives make the trip to Toronto for the key recruiting event.<\/p>\n

\u201cProspective students had direct access to faculty, Deans, current students, staff, and senior leaders at Brock,\u201d Melnyk says. \u201cMany noted and appreciated that our entire community took the time to meet with them in the Brock booth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brock\u2019s recruitment team is on the road all over the world connecting with prospective students at recruitment events, visiting more than 500 high schools in Ontario alone. The next major event on the recruitment calendar is Fall Preview Day<\/a>, held Sunday, Nov. 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Brock\u2019s main campus.<\/p>\n\n\t
