The nominees were Scott Roper and Scott Walker from Brock with Donald Schmitt and Birgit Siber from Diamond and Schmitt Architects.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This project has given the campus a uniquely refined and dynamic design within a relatively small volume on a small site,&#8221; said Roper, <a href=\"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/facilities-management\" target=\"_blank\">Facilities Management<\/a> project manager.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The building has rehabilitated a sore spot on our campus and made an important contribution to our streetscape, accessibility, and the portal entrance to buildings beyond.
