{"id":78241,"date":"2022-05-18T11:02:40","date_gmt":"2022-05-18T15:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=78241"},"modified":"2022-05-18T11:02:40","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T15:02:40","slug":"brock-community-mourns-the-loss-of-business-administration-student","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2022\/05\/brock-community-mourns-the-loss-of-business-administration-student\/","title":{"rendered":"Brock community mourns the loss of Business Administration student"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Brock University community is mourning the death of third-year student Jaden Stewart Lewis, who passed away Thursday, May 5.<\/p>\n<p>A Business Administration (Accounting) student in Brock&#8217;s Goodman School of Business, Lewis was known for dutifully working towards his degree, and for his bravery and resilience facing the challenges that accompanied his sickle cell anemia diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>A funeral service is planned for Saturday, May 21 at 10 a.m. at Rhema Christian Ministries, 40 Carl Hall Rd., Unit 49, in Toronto.
