{"id":77669,"date":"2022-04-14T16:46:45","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T20:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=77669"},"modified":"2024-08-29T16:42:08","modified_gmt":"2024-08-29T20:42:08","slug":"kn95-masks-available-to-brock-community-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2022\/04\/kn95-masks-available-to-brock-community-members\/","title":{"rendered":"KN95 masks available to Brock community members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of ongoing efforts to keep Brock University\u2019s campus community safe, KN95 masks will be available to faculty, staff and students.<\/p>\n<p>University departments will receive masks for employee use via interoffice mail the week of April 18.<\/p>\n<p>KN95 masks will also be available at central points of access across Brock:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rankin Family Pavilion Welcome Desk<\/li>\n<li>Walker Sports Complex Welcome Desk<\/li>\n<li>Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts Welcome Desk<\/li>\n<li>Campus Security Services in the Kenmore Centre<\/li>\n<li>Residence Welcome Desks<\/li>\n<li>Student Wellness Hub in TH 135<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Medical masks and <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/coronavirus\/rapid-antigen-screening\/#test-kit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">free rapid antigen test kits continue to be available<\/a> to students, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<p>Brock\u2019s vaccine and masking mandates <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2022\/03\/brock-to-maintain-vaccine-and-mask-mandates-beyond-winter-term\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">remain in place beyond the Winter Term<\/a>. Anyone coming to a Brock campus must be fully vaccinated and must wear a face covering that meets University standards. Medical grade masks continue to be required for faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Brock community are asked to continue self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms.
