Leaders looking to move beyond the traditional ‘either-or’ approach to problem solving are invited to participate in a free webinar next week.<\/p>\n
Led by leadership development expert Tim Arnold, the session will take place Wednesday, April 13 at 11 a.m. as part of the\u00a0Business Breathers<\/a> series facilitated by Goodman Group, the Goodman School of Business\u2019 community-focused learning and development services provider.<\/p>\n The session will help participants see how they can address the tensions of competing demands head-on and learn how to understand, assess and leverage unavoidable leadership tensions.<\/p>\n Arnold has spent more than two decades helping leaders manage complexity, increase resilience and deliver results. After running both a for-profit business and a homeless shelter, he leverages his real-world experience to help organizations pursue both profit and purpose. He\u2019s focused his work around helping leaders unleash the power of \u2018both\/and thinking in an either\/or world.\u2019<\/p>\n The session will also address six unavoidable leadership tensions linked to resilience and results and cover three characteristics of a \u2018both\/and leader.\u2019<\/p>\n Everyone is welcome to attend Business Breathers webinars.
