These are some of the articles from Brock researchers appearing recently in The Conversation Canada<\/em><\/a>, <\/em>a daily independent online publication that delivers analysis and explanatory journalism from the academic and research community directly to the public.<\/p>\n To encourage more Brock faculty to write for The Conversation, <\/em>University Marketing and Communications and the Office of Research Services are hosting a workshop on Wednesday, March 2. The session will run from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n The workshop will feature The Conversation<\/em>\u2018s Editor-in-Chief Scott White, who will explain the mission of The Conversation Canada<\/em>, offer some background on how it helps academics with knowledge mobilization and give some tips on how to pitch a great story idea.<\/p>\n This is an interactive\u00a0workshop\u00a0where participants are encouraged to bring story ideas to discuss.<\/p>\n Brock University is a partner in The Conversation<\/em>, a not-for-profit collaboration where professional editors work directly with academics and researchers to publish articles for a wide audience.
