The \u2018Chat with Us\u2019 button will now appear on the <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/registrar\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brock Central website<\/a> when live chat services are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Future students are encouraged to\u00a0visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/discover.brocku.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Discover Brock<\/a>, where a live chat option is also available through the \u2018Ask Me\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<p>The new live chat function will support students with simple, instant and efficient online service. The Brock Central team also has the ability to convert the live chat conversation into an audio of video call if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>In order to maintain student privacy, Brock Central asks that students not share personal information such as student ID number or date of birth without being asked for it.
