With the start of Fall Term approaching, the Brock University community is reminded to immediately upload their proof of vaccination.<\/p>\n
Since launching the vaccination declaration tool<\/a>, a dedicated vaccine webpage and FAQs<\/a>, thousands of faculty, staff and students have submitted their proof of vaccination form. If an individual is both a student and a staff member, they must submit their vaccination evidence via both their employee and student login. To download your proof of vaccination receipt, visit covid19.ontariohealth.ca<\/a><\/p>\n Brock\u2019s vaccine mandate takes effect Tuesday, Sept. 7. To enter campus on or after Sept. 7, faculty, staff, students and visitors must have received their first dose by Wednesday, Sept. 1. A second dose is required by Tuesday, Sept. 28.<\/p>\n Those who meet specific and limited medical or human rights accommodation criteria, as well as those who have only received one dose or who are within two weeks of their second dose will have to complete twice-weekly rapid antigen screening.
