But just days later, a\u00a0court upheld United States federal tax laws\u00a0that treat state-licensed cannabis businesses as illegal drug traffickers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To resolve conflicts like this, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says he\u2019ll\u00a0introduce legislation to \u201cdecriminalize\u201dcannabis federally.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In drafting his bill, he should draw inspiration from Canada.
