According to Yasanthi Perera, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Ethics, these are questions many women have asked themselves at some point.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn doing so, we discount our academic training, other preparation and experiences,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
Perera will speak about imposter phenomenon, also called imposter syndrome, at the next Women in Leadership (WIL) meeting on Tuesday, March 9,\u00a0from 1 to 2 p.m.,<\/p>\n
Drawing on personal experiences, as well as stories of several other women, Perera will discuss how to address feelings of self-doubt at both the individual and organizational levels.<\/p>\n
