Research on how an employee\u2019s attachment anxiety impacts this behaviour is the focus of this week\u2019s Goodman School of Business <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/goodman\/faculty-research\/luncheon-speaker-series\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Luncheon Speaker Series<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Feb. 26, Sadia Jahanzeb, Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Goodman, will present co-authored research that explores deeper into this topic during her talk titled \u201cDoes attachment anxiety accentuate the effect of perceived contract breach on counterproductive work behaviour?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jahanzeb joined Goodman in July 2020 from Memorial University\u2019s Grenfell Campus. She teaches International Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Behaviour and Design. Her research concentrates on workplace mistreatment, which involves a multitude of behaviours such as aggression, ostracism, bullying, incivility and abusive supervision, which all pose severe problems to organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The Goodman Speaker Series provides an informal opportunity to listen and discuss recent advances in research, teaching and practices with business colleagues virtually.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will run from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Microsoft Teams and is open for anyone to attend.
