M-commerce managers often focus on which features should\u00a0be kept constant\u00a0and which should\u00a0be adapted\u00a0to specific characteristics of national markets.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Consider, for instance, an m-commerce platform designed for\u00a0Australian consumers. To what extent should it be adapted when it\u2019s introduced in Brazil? Are the tastes and needs of consumers in Australia similar to those of\u00a0consumers in Brazil?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These are the questions that motivate and drive a series of\u00a0multinational m-commerce studies\u00a0conducted by Goodman School of Business researchers and their global colleagues.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>By using and interacting with an\u00a0m-commerce platform, consumers form their perceptions of its positive and negative attributes based on\u00a0value perceptions.
