His comments were made in Toronto at a two-day conference celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Canada Research Chairs program.<\/p>\n<p>Brock will receive $2.9 million for four Chairs\u00a0\u2014 one new and three re-appointed \u2014 as part of the announcement.
