Business Breathers features 30 minutes of live industry and faculty expert-led discussions, followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer period. Topics focus on leadership, management and innovation, as well as the financial and social impacts of trending topics.<\/p>\n<p>Pollice, who is a practitioner in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and neurolinguistic-programming, will discuss the difference between organizational change and transition and its effects on human behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChange is situational, while transition is psychological,\u201d he said. \u201cThat element directly impacts how people think and react. Thought and reaction processes affect our leadership style and how we communicate with people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pollice will also introduce participants to the three-stage Bridges Transition Model to more effectively manage and work through the personal and human side of change.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is welcome to attend Business Breathers webinars.
