Her <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2019\/01\/new-research-shows-empathy-can-shape-drug-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">research<\/a> encourages people to engage more empathetically with issues of drug users and drug use.
