The party\u2019s\u00a0Choice in Education Actwill come\u00a0into force Sept. 1, after the government passed it June 24.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Under the new act, individuals will be able to\u00a0bypass the local school board\u00a0and apply directly to the provincial government to seek to establish a charter school.
