The local singer\/songwriter will host the next live concert for Brock International, taking place on the Brock International Instagram account<\/a> at 8 p.m. EDT.<\/p>\n In 2019, Gatta saw her inclusion in the lineups for the Peterborough Folk Festival, Troubadour Festival and Cicada Fest, as well as opening for the likes of Ben Caplan, Great Lake Swimmers and providing direct tour support for My Son the Hurricane. A brand-new studio effort, Silk Screens, is expected mid-2020 to follow up 2019\u2019s Oddfellows | Live Sessions EP.<\/a><\/p>\n Her songs mix both sound and style, influenced equally by the lyricism of early Dylan’s “Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan” and the arching structures of Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here.”<\/p>\n As Gatta describes, her music will leave you feeling caught in the crosswind of a gentle breeze.<\/p>\n This is the fourth installment in the live concert series, with previous artists including Ashlynne Vince, Ola Kiermacz and Emma Lee Fleury.
