Albandri, a master of Science candidate in the Department of Physics, will defend her thesis \u201cElectronic and Magnetic properties of MAX phase <i>(Cr1\u2212xGdx)2AlC<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Er3AlC\u00a0<\/i>alloy&#8221; on Tuesday, May 26 at 1 p.m. in virtual format.<\/p>\n<p>The examination committee includes Cheryl McCormick, Chair; Fereidoon S.
