The annual colloquium hosted by master’s students in the Department of English Language and Literature has gone digital this year.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme is \u201cTexts Beyond Texts: Traversing Canons from Sea to Shore\u201d and includes research on a variety of topics, including pickup artists, Syrian refugee identity on social media, film adaptations of Moby Dick and Agatha Christie.<\/p>\n

The in-person poster session was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In its place, students created a dedicated Instagram account<\/a>\u00a0to display their research posters.<\/p>\n

Viewers do not need an Instagram account to see the posters, although those with Instagram accounts are welcome to leave messages and questions for students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
