Following the University’s guidelines to scale back on-site, on-campus staff time, Brock’s Information Technology Services will be reducing the operation hours of the on-premise Help Desk and Computer Commons access for students.<\/p>\n
Starting Monday, March 23, the Computer Commons (Fish Bowl) and IT Help Desk located in it will be open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on weekends. Remote support will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday for faculty, staff and students.
