In the small town of Centerville, a population of unremarkable people played by remarkable actors tries to come to terms with the resulting carnage and with the complex needs of the zombies, which are not just \u201cbrains,\u201d but also \u201cwifi,\u201d \u201ccoffee\u201d and \u201cXanax.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an end-of-the-world party with an appealing guest list and inviting, eccentric d\u00e9cor,\u201d says A. O. Scott of the <em>New York Times<\/em>. \u201cThe consumption of human flesh just keeps it interesting, and the crepuscular light \u2014 shot by the ghoulishly gifted cinematographer Frederick Elmes \u2014 gives it a bewitching, Halloween ambience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jim Jarmusch\u2019s latest played on opening night at Cannes and was nominated for a Palme d\u2019Or. It features \u201cthe greatest zombie cast ever disassembled,\u201d including Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Adam Driver and Tom Waits.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for all BUFS shows are available at the Film House in the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) on the evening of screenings. General admission is $9.50 or $7 for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/firstontariopac.ca\/Online\/default.asp?BOparam::WScontent::loadArticle::permalink=FilmHouseMembership&amp;BOparam::WScontent::loadArticle::context_id=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Film House members<\/a>, plus tax.
