This year, In the Soil will feature more than 75 music, theatre, dance, film and media works.<\/p>\n<p>Additions to the third annual festival include an outdoor Rock n\u2019 Roll Brunch, a \u201cstreetscape\u201d category aimed at bringing new life to the downtown streets and a closing event, Cabaret in the Soil.<\/p>\n<p>The application deadline is Nov. 26. A jury of local professionals will select the entries. The top three opening spots, dubbed \u201cTop Soil\u201d acts, will be displayed at Brock\u2019s Centre for the Arts.
