An upcoming Coaching Best Practices<\/a> workshop offers Brock supervisors, managers, chairs and directors a high-level overview of how to build and maintain constructive and supportive relationships with staff and co-workers.<\/p>\n The session takes place on Wednesday, May 16 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. in Thistle Hall 253 and will be facilitated by Neil Culp, Director, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Human Resources.<\/p>\n It will examine topics such as team culture, staff motivation, employee development, accountability and how to address performance concerns through positive and constructive feedback.<\/p>\n Interested employees are asked to register online on Focus on Learning<\/a>.
