Nominations and applications are being sought for two professional librarian career opportunities with Brock University Library.<\/p>\n
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Associate University Librarian, Academic Services<\/a> will develop and implement the Library\u2019s strategic priorities and objectives; deliver services and curricular initiatives that advance student success; and oversee innovative physical and virtual spaces.<\/p>\n The appointment, available as of August, will be for a five-year term, renewable, with an underlying librarian appointment.<\/p>\n The Geospatial\/GIS Services Librarian<\/a> will help grow the Library\u2019s geospatial data and map collections; engage in outreach initiatives that promote integration of geospatial technologies into curriculum and research; and co-ordinate, promote and deliver the Library\u2019s GIS\/geospatial data services.
