Members of the Brock community are invited to skip their morning cereal to save room for the Feed it Forward Pancake Breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 13.<\/p>\n
Organized by the Brock University Students’ Union, the fundraising event will be serving up fresh pancakes, as well as tea, coffee and juice, from 9 a.m. to noon in Isaac’s Lounge. Those in attendance are asked to make a donation of whatever they can afford with all proceeds going to Brock\u2019s Student Food Bank.<\/p>\n
In addition to cash donations,\u00a0the following non-perishable food and personal items will also be accepted:<\/p>\n
– Rice or\u00a0Quinoa
\n– Spaghetti or penne pasta
\n– Instant ramen
\n– Cereal
\n– Granola bars
\n– Instant oatmeal
\n– Canned tuna or salmon
\n– Canned chili
\n– Canned beans,\u00a0peas and corn
\n– Pasta Sauce
\n– Peanut Butter
\n– Jam
\n– Soy and coconut milk<\/p>\n
– Toothpaste and toothbrushes
\n– Feminine hygiene products
\n– Deodorant
\n– Dish Soap
