The role of customer empowerment in the customer participation-satisfaction link.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Past research studies show that customer engagement strategies lead to more sales and healthier financial performance and ultimately serve to benefit both the customer and the company.<\/p>\n<p>Companies like Starbucks and Apple engage customers by empowering them to become involved in processes, submit ideas and give feedback that make tangible impacts on company operations.<\/p>\n<p>Menguc\u2019s research studied how managers can effectively implement these types of strategies to ensure customer satisfication.<\/p>\n<p>In its 12th\u00a0year, Goodman\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/goodman\/faculty-research\/luncheon-speaker-series\/\">Luncheon Speaker Series<\/a>\u00a0provides an informal and engaging opportunity to listen and discuss recent advances in research, teaching and practices with colleagues internationally.<\/p>\n<p>The event is being held in Sankey Chambers on Friday, Jan. 26 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Space is limited. Goodman faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to attend.
