{"id":48895,"date":"2018-01-18T13:32:35","date_gmt":"2018-01-18T18:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=48895"},"modified":"2018-01-18T13:32:35","modified_gmt":"2018-01-18T18:32:35","slug":"applications-open-for-teaching-learning-innovation-grants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2018\/01\/applications-open-for-teaching-learning-innovation-grants\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications open for teaching, learning innovation grants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From funding a course held in Algonquin Provincial Park to supporting volunteer initiatives with local seniors, the impact of Teaching and Learning Innovation Grants within the University has been widespread.<\/p>\n<p>A new round of grant funding is now available and faculty members are being encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>The Teaching and Learning Innovation Grants are administered by the Centre for Pedagogical Innovation (CPI) and Experiential Education and are designed to support initiatives that make a positive contribution to the teaching and learning environment of Brock University.<\/p>\n<p>Funding is available in the categories of experiential education, high-impact practices, international course development, online\/blended courses, and professional development and special projects.
