Brock students looking to combine an interest in social justice and a passion for travel may have found the right fit.<\/span><\/p>\n

A series of information sessions will be held next week to help spread the word about Solidarity Experiences Abroad (SEA).<\/span><\/p>\n

Run by Brock\u2019s Faith and Life Centre, SEA is a short-term, international experiential learning opportunity that allows students to travel and explore realms of social justice by connecting career objectives to a series of volunteering activities and community development projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

SEA programs offer students the opportunity to receive hands-on experience by supporting a range of health campaigns, educational workshops, entrepreneurship workshops and construction\/renovation projects, all in partnership with community leaders and grassroots foundations around the globe. <\/span><\/p>\n

Time abroad is meant to teach SEA participants about the power of working together, while also allowing them to discover the possibilities of making an impact in the world using the skills they have learned at Brock University.<\/span><\/p>\n
