St. Thomas native headed to Toronto International Film Festival:<\/strong> Brock alumnus Dale Andrews was <\/span>featured in a story by the St. Thomas Times-Journal<\/span><\/a> about his short film being screened at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival.<\/span><\/p>\n

First positive case of West Nile reported in Waterloo region:<\/strong> The research of Brock University scientist Fiona Hunter, which predicted Ontario is slated to have one of its worst outbreaks of West Nile virus in years, <\/span>was referenced in a CBC story about the first positive case being reported in the Waterloo area<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
