As a university student, she baked up a storm, and isn\u2019t surprised others do as well.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a Political Science student at Queen\u2019s University, the celebrity chef loved making blueberry buckle, a recipe that has since appeared in her cookbook <em>Sugar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaking was my therapy when I needed a break, and also my favourite reason to procrastinate,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The Niagara chef, who hosts Fresh with Anna Olson on the Food Network, visited the Campus Store Dec. 9 to sign copies of her new book, also called <em>Fresh with Anna Olson<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Some of the students in line wanted books signed as Christmas gifts for relatives. But many were there for themselves, bringing cameras so they could have their photos taken with Olson.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a nice mix (of people),\u201d she said between signings.<\/p>\n<p>This is Olson\u2019s sixth cookbook.
