{"id":44421,"date":"2017-04-10T10:49:31","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:49:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=44421"},"modified":"2017-04-10T10:49:31","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:49:31","slug":"statement-of-intent-bachelor-of-science-in-data-science","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2017\/04\/statement-of-intent-bachelor-of-science-in-data-science\/","title":{"rendered":"Statement of Intent Bachelor of Science in Data Science"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Department of Mathematics and the Goodman School of Business have submitted a Statement of Intent that they wish to introduce a new undergraduate program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the approval process outlined in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Statement is being made available for the information of the University community to allow the opportunity for comment prior to moving to the next step in the internal quality assurance process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please view the Statement of Intent <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/vp-academic\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/DATA-BSc-SOI-Complete-Apr-10-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The posting will remain in place for 21 days \u2014 until 4:30 p.m. on May 1, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comments on the above proposal must be submitted by May 1, 2017 by email to the addresses provided below.
