href=\"http:\/\/www.b2lconference.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Born2Lead<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conferences that are being held next month, speaks\u00a0about the events on the <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversations with Goodman <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podcast with host Susan LeBlanc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conferences bring participants together for an interactive professional development opportunity to help them to succeed in their careers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Born2Lead is focused on youth leadership and provides young entrepreneurs ages 16 to 26 with an opportunity to join the Women in Leadership and Business delegates to hear the keynote address and learn from a professional conference experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Held at White Oaks Resort and Spa, the conference is going into its seventh year in Ontario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brock\u2019s Goodman School of Business has been a supporter of the conference since it started in 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The brainchild of Brock grad Ildi Arlette (BA \u201992, BA \u201906), the conference has also since expanded to Alberta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis whole conference is about practical, tangible things that I can take away and apply in my world tomorrow that will help me get from where I am now to the next journey or my next adventure or my next level,\u201d Sweeney said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Women in Leadership and Business conference is set for March 26 to 28 and Born2Lead for March 27.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweeney explained that the theme for this year\u2019s conference centres on building strength from within to take on the next challenge ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This podcast is the latest in the <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversations with Goodman<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> series which is produced by the Goodman Marketing, Communications and Alumni Relations team and features guests from the Goodman
