Alumnus Raymond Barkwill (BSc \u201810) has been named as one of Rugby Canada\u2019s 2016 Men\u2019s Fifteens Player of the Year nominees.<\/p>\n

Barkwill started his career in Niagara during high school and continued to play on the Brock University Badgers men\u2019s team as captain.<\/p>\n

He is now teaching at the Sooke School District in B.C. and plays for the Sacramento Express of PRO Rugby and the Canada national rugby union team.<\/p>\n

The public can vote for Barkwill as the 2016 Men\u2019s Fifteens Player of the Year using Rugby Canada\u2019s online form<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
