Brock University will turn purple Friday when close to 1,000 students participate in the messiest campus ritual \u2013 Grape Stomp.<\/p>\n

Brock\u2019s annual Grape Stomp, held as part of Homecoming weekend, has been called one of the Top nine best Canadian university traditions.<\/p>\n

This year, the students will stomp one\u00a0metric tonne of grapes in Jubilee Court.<\/p>\n

Prizes will be handed out for best team spirit, best costumes and most donations to Brock\u2019s food bank.<\/p>\n

When: Sept. 16 from noon to 1 p.m.<\/h5>\n
