TOPS, a non-profit organization promoting healthy weight loss\/maintenance and group support, is coming to Brock University.<\/p>\n
Meetings will be held Tuesdays at noon to 12:45 p.m. in Mackenzie Chown D350L and participants are welcome to bring a lunch.<\/p>\n
TOPS\u00a0diet plan, based on sensible food choices, can be followed or you can follow your own plan. TOPS is a non-commercial network of weight-loss support groups and a wellness education organization.
