{"id":36243,"date":"2015-11-03T16:26:50","date_gmt":"2015-11-03T20:26:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=36243"},"modified":"2015-11-03T16:28:33","modified_gmt":"2015-11-03T20:28:33","slug":"it-all-adds-up-campaign-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2015\/11\/it-all-adds-up-campaign-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018It All Adds Up\u2019 campaign launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A campaign that encourages Brock students to reflect on the activities they are involved in runs\u00a0this week.<\/p>\n<p>The It All Adds Up Instagram campaign, organized by Career Services&#8217;, helps students reflect on their activities and interests, inside and outside of the classroom. It is meant to\u00a0remind students\u00a0that what they are doing is \u201cadding up\u201d as well as leading to their career or personal goals.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign aims to positively impact students\u2019 career stress by challenging the idea that they must always \u201cadd more and do more\u201d to be successful.
