Lathrop said Boese brings to the position knowledge of co-op and career development, and broad experience in strategic and operational change management.<\/p>\n<p>Boese came to Brock in 2006 as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Co-op Programs Office, after working in on-campus recruiting in the corporate realm. Since 2012 she has held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition in Brock&#8217;s human resources department.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of Brock, Boese&#8217;s experience includes serving as a national director with the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers, and co-founder of the Niagara Employment Crawl.
