Red Day at Brock turned out to be quite the celebration around campus, and for three of the Badgers Varsity Sports teams.<\/p>\n

Students, staff and faculty displayed what Badger Pride is truly all about packing the Bob Davis Gymnasium and leading the Badgers to victory in both women’s and men’s basketball action, and cheering on the Brock men’s hockey team to victory at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.<\/p>\n

The Brock women used an incredible fourth quarter comeback to beat<\/a> the Guelph Gryphons in overtime.<\/p>\n

The Badgers trailed by 15 points with 7:33 left in regulation only to tie the game at 72, before prevailing 78-75 in OT.<\/p>\n

Meantime, the Brock men also came up big in another must-win situation to keep its playoff hopes alive with a 62-55 victory<\/a> over the Gryphons.<\/p>\n

Down the 406, the Brock men’s hockey team opened its playoffs<\/a> knocking off the top-ranked Windsor Lancers 2-1.<\/p>\n

Badgers social media was abuzz after the three straight Brock victories.<\/p>\n
