Tickets are still available for the Feb. 27 celebration of fine wine and food.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Cuv\u00e9e Grand Tasting became a hot-ticket event because of wines \u2014 Cuv\u00e9e is a serious examination of Ontario&#8217;s best vintages. But in recent years, gourmet food has been taking a bigger nibble of the action.<\/p>\n<p>When Cuv\u00e9e 2015 happens in Niagara Falls on Feb. 27 at Fallsview Casino Resort, more than a dozen top Ontario chefs will stage a culinary tour de force.
