{"id":25978,"date":"2014-01-20T11:01:24","date_gmt":"2014-01-20T16:01:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=25978"},"modified":"2014-01-20T11:01:24","modified_gmt":"2014-01-20T16:01:24","slug":"walkers-volunteers-needed-for-alzheimer-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2014\/01\/walkers-volunteers-needed-for-alzheimer-walk\/","title":{"rendered":"Walkers, volunteers needed for Alzheimer walk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Brock team for the Alzheimer Society Walk for Memories is looking for more people willing to lace up their runners for a good cause.<\/p>\n<p>The team is looking for more members to join them for the walk when it returns to campus on Sunday, Jan. 26 from 9:30 to 1:30.<\/p>\n<p>Those hoping to join to cause <a title=\"Online Registration\" href=\" http:\/\/my.e2rm.com\/TeamPage.aspx?teamID=483087&amp;langPref=en-CA\" target=\"_blank\">can register online.<\/a> Prefer to make a donation instead? <a title=\"Donate online\" href=\"http:\/\/my.e2rm.com\/TeamPage.aspx?teamID=483087&amp;langPref=en-CA  \" target=\"_blank\">Pledges can also be made online. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Volunteers to help the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society and Student Life and Community Experience run the walk are also welcome. To help out, email <a href=\"mailto:studentlife@brocku.ca\">studentlife@brocku.ca.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This marks Brock&#8217;s second year hosting the event.
