Educate Your Senses: Food and wine seminars in the park
\nSaturday & Sunday, Sept. 22 & 23 and Saturday & Sunday, Sept. 29 & 30, at 1, 3, & 5 p.m., in Montebello Park, St. Catharines
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) at Brock is hosting its annual wine seminars in the park during the Grape & Wine Festival, but with a twist. New to 2012 at the Culinary Theatre will be a food demonstration provided by Niagara College with a food pairing of one of the two wines presented at each seminar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Best selling food and wine author and industry personality Linda Bramble will host celebrated Niagara winemakers and chefs as they present wine and food pairings while sharing their stories and philosophies. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Brock grads will receive a free wineglass at the Educate Your Senses event. Cost is two tokens (with a glass) or three tokens (without a glass). Seating is limited so be sure to register today at www.niagarawinefestival.com<\/a> or upon arrival at Montebello Park. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fine Food, Fine Wine, Fine Art
