Gibson Library&#8217;s <a title=\"Data Research Service\" href=\"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/library\/collections\/statistics-and-data\" target=\"_blank\">Data Research Service<\/a> is offering a second part to the popular Intro to ArcGIS workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Intro to ArcGIS: Part 2 will explore the fundamentals of working with GIS files, mapping a table of addresses and joining census data to a boundary file for thematic mapping. This session requires basic experience with ArcGIS software.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are encouraged to follow along or just observe. All are encouraged to ask questions. The session happens Thursday, Aug. 16 from 10-11:30 a.m. in Classroom A, Library Learning Commons.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are asked to <a title=\"Registration\" href=\"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/node\/19613\" target=\"_blank\">register in advance<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The James A.
