John Sainsbury<\/p><\/div>\n

John Sainsbury<\/strong>, History professor, published the opinion piece “The Iron Lady\u2019s soft spot<\/a>” in the Ottawa Citizen<\/em> on Jan. 16.<\/p>\n

Michael Carter<\/strong>, associate professor of Classics, was featured in the St. Catharines Standard<\/em> article “Gladiators have a special place in Brock prof’s heart<\/a>” on Jan. 16.<\/p>\n

Charles Burton<\/strong>, associate professor of Political Science, was interviewed about Prime Minister Harper’s upcoming state visit to China by Ezra Levant, broadcast on Sun News “The Source” on Jan. 12.<\/p>\n

Robert Dimand<\/strong>, professor of Econmics, was quoted in the Business Week<\/em> article “Economists Evoke the Spirit of Irving Fisher<\/a>” on Jan. 12.<\/p>\n

Jeffrey Sinibaldi<\/strong>, media relations officer, was quoted in the St. Catharines Standard article “Research cuts put squeeze on Brock” on Jan. 11<\/p>\n

Research by Stephen Cheung<\/strong>, professor of Kinesiology, was cited in the Globe and Mail<\/em> article “5 tips for cold-weather workouts<\/a>” on Jan. 8.<\/p>\n

Anthony Mollica<\/strong>, professor emeritus, was featured in the article “Prof makes Italian language fun<\/a>” in the Niagara Falls Review<\/em> and Welland Tribune<\/em> on Jan. 6. Mollica has been made an honorary member of the Association for the History of the Italian Language.<\/p>\n

Rico Natale<\/strong>, director of Student Awards and Financial Aid, was quoted on 610 CKTB (“Niagara students getting a break on tuition”<\/a>) on Jan. 5 regarding the new provincial program that reduces the tuition of some Ontario undergraduate students by 30 per cent. The issue was also discussed in the article “Students find tuition cut comes with a price tag<\/a>” in the St. Catharines Standard<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Deborah Zinni<\/strong>, Associate Dean of Business, has appeared on Calgary radio station CHQR. She appeared on Dec. 21 to discuss transitioning workers from retirement to volunteerism. She also appeared on another show on that station on Jan. 6.<\/p>\n
