But is there any truth to it?<\/p>\n<p>Kelly Lockwood, <a href=\"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/applied-health-sciences\/faculty-directory\/kinesiology\/kelly-l-lockwood\" target=\"_blank\">associate professor of Kinesiology<\/a>, appeared in a <em>Canada AM<\/em> segment this morning discussing that very theory, popularized recently by Malcolm Gladwell\u2019s book <em>Outliers<\/em>. Lockwood, who is studying the subject, says there seems to be truth to it.
