A professor of Psychology, she studies human neuropsychology, which includes age-related changes in cognitive function as they occur in healthy older adults. She holds a PhD from the University of Waterloo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you like about your job? <\/strong><br \/>\nI like the opportunity to think hard about things. Designing a study, planning a course, putting together a lecture, writing&#8230;all those things really force hard, careful thinking and it feels good. I also love seeing students mature and develop. It&#8217;s a great job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you do for fun? <\/strong><br \/>\nI love to spend time with my family&#8230;my husband, my children, my grandchildren. Cooking great meals is always part of that fun for me&#8230;and, I think, for them.\u00a0 I also enjoy gardening, travelling, reading, art, music, and spending time with good friends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where did you go on your last vacation?<\/strong><br \/>\nMy husband and I went to Paris, rented a small apartment and were joined by our daughter and two grandsons.
