{"id":11016,"date":"2011-07-15T13:46:31","date_gmt":"2011-07-15T18:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=11016"},"modified":"2011-07-19T13:46:49","modified_gmt":"2011-07-19T18:46:49","slug":"wheelchair-basketball-championship-starts-at-brock","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2011\/07\/wheelchair-basketball-championship-starts-at-brock\/","title":{"rendered":"Wheelchair basketball championship heats up at Brock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The inaugural <a href=\"http:\/\/www.u25wwbc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Women\u2019s U25 World Wheelchair Basketball Championships<\/a> is in full swing at Brock.<\/p>\n<p>The Playoff Round is currently <a href=\"http:\/\/www.u25wwbc.com\/schedule-results\/schedule-and-results\/\">underway<\/a> with eight games taking place Tuesday and Wednesday. The Championship  Round games will take place on Thursday. All games are being played in  the Bob Davis Gymnasium.<\/p>\n<p>Team Canada seized the top spot in Pool B with a 60-47 victory over  Germany on Sunday, advancing to a quarter-final clash with Mexico.
