Applications for the 2026 cohorts, which will run for a year, will be accepted from Monday, Jan. 5 to Friday, Feb. 6.<\/p>\n<p>Emerging Leaders is designed for staff who do not currently supervise full-time employees or have formal leadership responsibility. The program supports participants in developing foundational leadership competencies and building the skills and confidence needed to grow into future leadership roles.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will engage in sessions on strategic goal setting, strength-based leadership, campus engagement, career development, workplace well-being, effective communication and resilience.<\/p>\n<p>Those applying to the program must complete a professional development plan with their manager.
