By creating space for open conversations and access to support, we strengthen our culture of compassion and belonging,\u201d says Manager, Health Management and Wellness Martina Ciglenecki. \u201cOur commitment to accessible mental health resources continues to reflect our belief that a supportive workplace culture is the foundation for growth, belonging and innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Several wellness resources and supports are available through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.sharepoint.com\/Health-Safety-and-Wellness-Toolbox\/SitePages\/Brock-benefit-and-community-resources.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Employee and Family Assistance Program<\/a>\u00a0(EFAP) for eligible employees and their families. Employees can learn more about the EFAP during an <a href=\"https:\/\/join-health-meet.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_LwciEEhJSjq8P407pFJJfQ#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">orientation webinar<\/a> on Thursday, Oct. 9. An <a href=\"https:\/\/join-health-meet.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_VC0Lt8BBRTyi04A5uEkY5g#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EFAP orientation for managers<\/a> will take place Thursday, Nov. 6.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.sharepoint.com\/Health-Safety-and-Wellness-Toolbox\/SitePages\/Community-resources-for-all-employees.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Community resources<\/a> available to all employees are listed on the HSW SharePoint site.<\/p>\n<p>This fall, Brock\u2019s HSW team is also hosting two sessions of The Working Mind, a program designed to promote mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness in a workplace setting. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/experiencebu.brocku.ca\/event\/302905\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">employee session<\/a>\u00a0takes place Tuesday, Oct. 21 and the two-day\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/experiencebu.brocku.ca\/event\/302908\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manager session<\/a>\u00a0takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 22 and Thursday, Oct. 23.
