{"id":101272,"date":"2025-05-05T13:09:20","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T17:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=101272"},"modified":"2025-05-13T11:30:39","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T15:30:39","slug":"overnight-building-closures-outages-scheduled-for-friday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2025\/05\/overnight-building-closures-outages-scheduled-for-friday\/","title":{"rendered":"Overnight building closures, outages scheduled for Friday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A number of Brock University buildings will be closed overnight from Friday, May 9 to Saturday, May 10 for scheduled annual maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Part of Brock\u2019s full-scale infrastructure maintenance cycle, the shutdown will affect the following Group C buildings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roy and Lois Cairns Health and Bioscience Research Complex<\/li>\n<li>Welch Hall<\/li>\n<li>Scotia Bank Hall<\/li>\n<li>South Block<\/li>\n<li>Walker Complex<\/li>\n<li>Lowenberger Residence<\/li>\n<li>Village Residence<\/li>\n<li>Kenmore Centre<\/li>\n<li>Harrison Hall<\/li>\n<li>Theal House<\/li>\n<li>D Lot Parking Kiosk<\/li>\n<li>Rosalind Blauer Daycare<\/li>\n<li>Mackenzie Chown A Block<\/li>\n<li>Goodman School of Business<\/li>\n<li>Plaza Building<\/li>\n<li>Student Alumni Centre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The closures will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 9, with no access permitted until 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 10.
